Great location with a private walkway straight to the beachfront. The staff were both friendly and very helpful throughout our stay. Cleanliness was excellent with our rooms cleaned on a daily basis. Fantastic breakfast choice in the mornings that suited everyone's tastes. Outside pool and the adjacent bar was a great oasis during hot afternoons.

This is a superb hotel, very clean and excellent staff especially Raul the night receptionist. Great location , just of the high street ( don't follow Google maps if it sends you up the hill stay on the main road and turn at the motorbike hire shop) . Very convenient Passage at the rear to the beach too. Breakfast was very good .

I could not rate this hotel enough. Very friendly staff and in an amazing location with everything on your doorstep! I have already booked before I even left to come back with my parents because the proximity to everything is perfect for them. It was great to have a fridge and kettle in the room and also the air con worked well. It is my biggest fear going somewhere hot and the air-conditioning doesn't work as it flares up my fibromyalgia. It has sadly happened a few times and makes the stay miserable. The guy who checked me out at 3am was so helpful he even let me keep my beach stuff there until the next trip in 3 weeks....can't wait! See you soon!

This hotel is more than fantastic and exceeded my expectations. The room was clean and cleaned every day. Although the room was smaller, it had a huge terrace and a view of the pool. The location of the hotel is more than fantastic, the hotel has its own access to the huge sandy beach of Palmira. There are also two hotel pools. The breakfast was particularly excellent and the choice of food is really large. On the other side of the hotel there is a busy street with lots of shops and restaurants. The Palmira 1 bus stop, from where you can get to other parts of the island including a direct connection to Palma and the airport, is max 3 minutes of walk from the hotel. I rate my stay at this hotel 10/10.

the rooms were excellent and very clean. all the facilities were well maintained and spotless. the breakfast was of a very good standard and really enjoyed by all of us. there was never any rush to get tables. Pool facilities were good with plenty of sunbeds available. the hotel is situated with easy access to the beach and a lovely ice cream and drinks shop right next to the ocean front. Pool towels are available and service for clean towels and bedding available as required. the view from the balcony was lovely. The pool was cleaned frequently.

We had a fantastic time at the hotel. It is spacious, stylish and perfectly clean. The room was bright and quite cosy with a big and beautiful, well equipped bathroom, the balcony overlooks the ocean, there is even a little fridge. Staff was super friendly and helpful, we had our beds made and the trash taken out every day. Extra credit for the amazing, rich and divers breakfast, which differed a little everyday and even contained quite some vegan and glutenfree options and excellent service! Excellent price performance.

We loved our stay at the hotel - spacious & clean room, comfy bed, plenty of breakfast options to choose from (sweet and savoury; especially the freshly baked desserts), lots of restaurants in the vicinity, close to the beach, bus stop and supermarkets. The staff were kind and welcoming. We had smooth check-in even though we arrived late after midnight (around 1AM). We didn't get the full beach view from our balcony as it was partially covered with the palm trees but nothing to complain about as other positives made up for it.
